Professor Cai Zongwei, Senior Member of the HKBU Foundation, was appointed by the HKSAR Government as Member of the Expert Committee on Food Safety for a two-year term from 15 September 2018 to 14 September 2020. Professor Cai is currently Kwok Yat Wai Endowed Chair of Environmental and Biological Analysis and Chair Professor of the Department of Chemistry of HKBU.
