Sir Gordon Wu Ying Sheung, donor of the University, was presented with the Lifetime Achiever Award by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), in recognition of his five-decade-long career developing pivotal property, infrastructure and business projects across Hong Kong, Mainland China and other countries in Asia. Sir Gordon Wu is currently Chairman of Hopewell Holdings Limited.
