Mr. Yu Pang Chun, SBS, JP, Director and General Manager of Yue Hwa Chinese Products Emporium Limited, Honorary Permanent President of the HKBU Foundation, was recently appointed by the HKSAR Government as Chairman of the Employees Retraining Board, while Mrs. So Chan Wai Heung Susan, BBS, Vice-Chairman of Winnie Sanitary Product Limited, Member of the Board of Governors and the Entrepreneur Committee of the HKBU Foundation, was re-appointed as Representative of Employers of the Board. These appointments took effect from 1 April 2019 for a term of two years.
