To celebrate the 22nd Anniversary of the Neighbourhood Elderly Activities Centre and the Elderly Festival, the Tsim Sha Tsui District KaiFong Welfare Association, Honorary Permanent President of the HKBU Foundation, hosted a dinner reception at its hall on 26 November 2018. Mr. So Chung Ping, MH, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Association, invited a number of guests including Ms. Wang Xiaoling, Deputy Director General of the Kowloon Sub-office of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the HKSAR; and Ir Prof. K.K. Wong, GBS, JP, Deputy Director of Committee of Culture, Literature, History and Study of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Governors of the HKBU Foundation. Mrs. Lily Chan, Member of the Executive and Supervisory Committees of the Association, and Director of University Advancement and Secretary-General of the HKBU Foundation, attended the event on behalf of the University and officiated at the ceremony.
