Dr. the Hon. Bernard Charnwut Chan, GBS, JP, President of the Asia Financial Group, Senior Member of the HKBU Foundation, was recently appointed by the HKSAR Government as Member of the Board of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority for a two-year term from 23 October 2018 to 22 October 2020.
