Dr. Liu Chak Wan, Member of the Board of Governors and Honorary Trustee of the HKBU Foundation, was re-appointed by the Macau SAR Government as Member of the Board of Trustees of the Science and Technology Development Fund, Macau with effect from 1 September 2018. Dr. Liu is currently Chairman of Liu's Commerce & Industry Limited.
