The Tsim Sha Tsui District KaiFong Welfare Association, Honorary Permanent President of the HKBU Foundation, hosted a dinner reception to celebrate the 40th anniversary of China’s reform and opening up as well as the 21st anniversary of Hong Kong’s return to China at its hall on 3 July 2018. Officiating guests included Mr. So Chung Ping, MH, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Association; Mr. Lam Cho Kwong, Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of the Association; and The Hon. Tommy Cheung Yu Yan, GBS, JP, Member of the Legislative Council. The ceremony was well attended by hundreds of guests.
