Hong Kong Dongguan Shi Pai Clansmen Association hosted a gala dinner at BP International on 5 June 2018 in celebration of its 11th Anniversary. The 5th Term Inauguration Ceremony was also held on the same day. Mr. Ivan Wong, President of the Association and Co-Chairman of the Young Entrepreneur Committee of the HKBU Foundation, invited hundreds of guests to the event. They included Mr. John Lee, SBS, PDSM, PMSM, JP, Secretary for Security; Ms. Wang Xiaoling, Deputy Director General of the Kowloon Sub-office of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the HKSAR; Ir Prof. K.K. Wong, GBS, JP, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Governors of the HKBU Foundation; and Dr. Leung Lun, BBS, MH and Ms. Eileen Tsui, JP, Members of the Entrepreneur Committee of the HKBU Foundation. Mrs. Lily Chan, Director of University Advancement and Secretary-General of the HKBU Foundation, attended the dinner on behalf of the University.
