Dr. William Leung, SBS, JP, Member of the Board of Governors and Honorary President of the HKBU Foundation, was awarded the Chapter Honouree at the 8th Induction Ceremony of Beta Gamma Sigma HKBU Chapter on 25 April 2018 for his significant contribution to fostering the development of the financial and banking industry, as well as the tertiary education sector and the community in Hong Kong.

Dr. Leung is currently Chairman of the Employees Retraining Board and Chairman of the Estate Agents Authority.
