Kenneth Lau, BBS, MH, JP, Chairman of the New Territories Heung Yee Kuk, as well as hundreds of dignitaries and honourable guests including The Hon. Mrs. Carrie Lam, GBM, GBS, Chief Executive of the HKSAR; The Hon. Matthew Cheung, GBM, GBS, JP, Chief Secretary for Administration; The Hon. Paul Chan, GBM, GBS, MH, JP, Financial Secretary; Ms. Teresa Cheng, GBS, SC, JP, Secretary for Justice; Dr. David Wong, GBS, JP, former Member of the Board of Governors and the Entrepreneur Committee of the HKBU Foundation; and Mr. Tommy Li, BBS, MH, JP, Honorary Director of the HKBU Foundation, officiated the ceremony.
