Dr. Liu Hong Fai, JP, Member of the Entrepreneur Committee and Senior Member of the HKBU Foundation, was recently elected as Founding Chairman of the Hong Kong Shunde Leliu Association. Dr. Liu is currently the Founding Honorary Permanent Chairman of The Association of Industries and Commerce of Hong Kong Southern District Limited.
