The Association of Industries and Commerce of Hong Kong Southern District Limited hosted the 4th Inauguration Ceremony cum Gala Dinner for the 68th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong on 30 November 2017. Dr. Dick Ng, Chairman of the Association, invited a number of guests including Dr. Liu Hong Fai, JP, Founder Chairman of the Association and Member of the Entrepreneur Committee of the HKBU Foundation; and Ms. Eileen Tsui, JP, Managing Director, Nankai Transport Int'l (HK) Co., Ltd. and Honorary Member of the Court of HKBU. Mrs. Lily Chan, Director of University Advancement and Secretary-General of the HKBU Foundation, attended the dinner on behalf of the University.
