The Hon. Kenneth Lau Ip Keung, BBS, MH, JP, Chairman of New Territories Heung Yee Kuk, donor of the University, has been elected as Chairman of The Federation of All Sectors of Tuen Mun Community. Mr. Lau is currently Vice Chairman of Wing Tung Yick Holdings Limited.
