Dr. William Leung Wing Cheung, SBS, JP, Chairman of the Alumni Committee and Honorary President of the HKBU Foundation, was re-appointed by the HKSAR Government as Chairman of the Estate Agents Authority for a term of two years with effect from 1 November 2017. Dr. Leung is currently Chairman of the Employees Retraining Board.
