The Tsim Sha Tsui District KaiFong Welfare Association, Honorary Permanent President of the HKBU Foundation, hosted a dinner reception to celebrate its 64th Anniversary and the Kai Fong Festival at its hall on 16 October 2017. Mr. So Chung Ping, MH, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Association invited a number of guests including Mr. Xie Yiming, Director of Coordination Division of the Kowloon Sub-office of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the HKSAR; and Dr. the Hon. Chiang Lai Wan, JP, Member of the Legislative Council. Mrs. Lily Chan, Member of the Executive and Supervisory Committees of the Association, and Director of University Advancement and Secretary-General of the HKBU Foundation, attended the dinner on behalf of the University.
