Three members of the HKBU Foundation were re-appointed as Members of Commission on Poverty. Ms. May Chan Suk Mei, BBS, JP, Senior Member of the HKBU Foundation, was re-appointed as Non-official Member of the Commission. Dr. Joseph Lee Chung Tak, GBS, OStJ, JP, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Governors of the HKBU Foundation and Chairman of Wofoo Foundation Limited, was re-appointed as Vice-Chairperson of the Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund Task Force for the Commission. Mr. Stephen Yau How Boa, SBS, MH, JP, Member of the Alumni Committee of the HKBU Foundation and Chief Executive of the International Social Service Hong Kong Branch, was re-appointed as Co-opted Member of the Special Needs Groups Task Force. Their re-appointments take effect from 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018.
