The Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society Kowloon hosted its Inauguration Ceremony of the Directors 2017/2018 at the Mira Hong Kong on 15 May 2017. The ceremony was well attended by over 500 guests including Mr. Lau Kong Wah, JP, Secretary for Home Affairs; Ir. Eric Kwok, Chairman of Lok Sin Tong; Mr. Liu Guoqiang, Deputy Director General of the Kowloon Sub-office of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the HKSAR; Dr. Lo Tai Chin, Member of the Entrepreneur Committee of the HKBU Foundation; and Mrs. Yim Tsui Yuk Shan, Director of the HKBU Foundation. Lok Sin Tong also hosted a dinner reception on 23 May 2017 at Kowloonbay International Trade & Exhibition Centre. Mrs. Lily Chan, Director of University Advancement and Secretary-General of the HKBU Foundation, attended both events on behalf of the University.
