Dr. Vincent H.S. Lo, GBS, JP, Honorary Permanent President of the HKBU Foundation, was re-appointed by the Government as Chairman of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council. The appointment takes effect from 1 June 2017 for two years. Dr. Lo is currently Chairman of the Shui On Group.
