In celebration of Chinese New Year, the Federation of Hong Kong Chiu Chow Community Organizations hosted a spring cocktail reception at JW Marriott Hotel on 6 February 2017. The reception was well attended by over 200 guests including Dr. Robin Chan, GBS, JP, Vice Chairman of the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese and Honorary President of the HKBU Foundation; Dr. Ma Kai Cheung, SBS, Honorary President of the HKBU Foundation; Dr. the Hon. Lam Tai Fai, SBS, JP, Honorary Director of the HKBU Foundation; and Dr. Wong Shu Yui, Vice-President of the Development Committee of the HKBU Jao Tsung-I Academy of Sinology. Mrs. Lily Chan, Director of University Advancement, attended the reception on behalf of the University.
