Ir Dr. K.K. Wong, GBS, JP, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Governors of the HKBU Foundation, was appointed as Member of the Manpower Development Committee for a term of two years with effect from 1 January 2017. Dr. Wong is currently Group Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Kum Shing Group.
