Dr. Wilfred Wong, GBS, JP, Chairman of the Board of Governors and Honorary President of the HKBU Foundation, was re-appointed as Chairman of the Standing Commission on Civil Service Salaries and Conditions of Service for a two-year term from 1 August 2016 to 31 July 2018. Dr. Wong is currently President and Chief Operating Officer of Sands China Limited.
