The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries, founder of The Chartered Secretaries Foundation Limited, Senior Member of the HKBU Foundation, hosted an Academic Cocktail at the Hong Kong Club on 21 March 2016.  The cocktail was officiated by Mr. Ivan Tam, President of the Institute, and Mr. David Fu (centre), Chairman of the Education Committee of the Institute.  Mrs. Lily Chan, Director of University Advancement, attended the function on behalf of the University.
