Mr. Herman Hui, Honorary Director of the HKBU Foundation, gave a talk on “Social Justice and Law” at the Noon-time Dialogue organised by the Department of Social Work on 18 March 2016. He cited several examples of current issues including “Occupy Central”, “Causeway Bay Books incident” and “Mongkok riot” to illustrate the conflicts between law and justice. His sharing inspired enthusiastic discussions and was well received by staff and students.
