Dr. Moses M.C. Cheng, GBS, OBE, JP, Member of the Board of Governors of the HKBU Foundation, was appointed by the HKSAR Government as Chairman of the Independent Insurance Authority for a term of three years with effect from 28 December 2015. Dr. Cheng is currently Senior Partner of P.C. Woo & Co.
