Dr. Liu Hong Fai, JP, Member of the Entrepreneur Committee and Senior Member of the HKBU Foundation, was recently re-elected as Chairman of the 3rd General Committee of The Association of Industries and Commerce of Hong Kong Southern District Limited. Dr. Liu is the Founder Chairman of the Association.
