Dr. the Hon. Moses Cheng Mo Chi, GBM, GBS, OBE, JP, member of the Board of Governors and Honorary Vice-President of the HKBU Foundation, was appointed by the HKSAR Government as Chairman of the Hong Kong Maritime and Port Development Board for a term of three years, with effect from 1 July 2025. Dr. Cheng is currently Senior Consultant of P.C. Woo & Co.
