Ms. Iris Leung appointed as Member of Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food

Ms. Iris Leung Wai Yan, Member of the Young Entrepreneur Committee of the HKBU Foundation, has been appointed by the HKSAR Government as Member of the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food for a term of three years with effect from 15 March 2024. Ms. Leung is currently Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Evvoke Catering Limited and Evvoke (Hong Kong) Limited.
