The Third Meeting of the Young Entrepreneur Committee 2021-23 of the HKBU Foundation was held on 9 June 2022 in a hybrid mode to discuss strategies for extending the University’s social network and programmes that support entrepreneurship, internship, mentorship, experiential learning and scholarship for students.
At the meeting, Mr. Ivan Wong, JP, Co-Chairman of the Committee, welcomed the newly joined members, including Mr. Stephen Chua, Executive Director of SC Corporate Service Limited, and Ms. Tammy Tam, General Manager of Capital Market of COFCO Joy City Property Ltd. Professor Alexander Wai, President and Vice-Chancellor, shared with members a diversity of initiatives of the University, including a string of measures to help the community fight the pandemic; preparatory work for the operation of Hong Kong’s first Chinese Medicine Hospital; as well as the latest art-tech developments at HKBU.
