The University recently received a generous donation of 5,200 rapid antigen test kits from Mr. Ethan Kwan, Chairman of Guangzou Jiaxin Education Consulting Co., Ltd., for HKBU staff and students in an effort to safeguard their health.

In view of the severe pandemic situation in Hong Kong, Mr. Kwan said his company, which is deemed a Mainland counterpart in the education sector, was eager to fight the virus together with Hong Kong in a spirit of solidarity, in the hope of helping the territory vanquish the virus quickly. 

Since mid-February 2022, a multitude of community leaders and organisations have rendered their support to HKBU by donating rapid antigen test kits, anti-epidemic medicines and supplies, for which the University is deeply grateful.
