Representatives of Lee Hysan Foundation visited the University on 5 October 2021. The guests included Ms. Cecilia Ho, the Foundation’s President; Mr. Clifford Chow, Vice President; Ms. Janny Lau, Senior Project Manager; Ms. Yvonne Lee and Ms. Gladys Choy, Project Managers; and Ms. Joyce Xu, Project Officer.

During the visit, the guests were showcased the featured facilities and the competitive edges of the School of Chinese Medicine and the Department of Music. A luncheon was hosted by Professor Alexander Wai, President and Vice-Chancellor, after the visit. They were joined by Professor Guo Yike, Vice-President (Research and Development); Dr. Albert Chau, Vice-President (Teaching and Learning); Professor Bian Zhaoxiang, Associate Vice-President (Chinese Medicine Development); Professor Johnny M Poon, Associate Vice-President (Interdisciplinary Research); Professor Lyu Aiping, Dean of Chinese Medicine; Dr. David Lai, Senior Consultant and Head of the Planning Office for Chinese Medicine Hospital; and Mrs. Lily Chan, Director of University Advancement and Secretary-General of the HKBU Foundation. The guests exchanged views on the University’s latest developments in Chinese Medicine and art tech projects during the lunch.
