Dr. David Mong Tak Yeung, Member of the Board of Governors and the Entrepreneur Committee of the HKBU Foundation; and Professor Calvin Tse Hoi Fat, Member of the Young Entrepreneur Committee of the HKBU Foundation, were appointed by the HKSAR Government as Vice-chairman and Member respectively of the Occupational Safety and Health Council for a term of two years starting from 22 August 2021.

Dr. Mong is currently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Shun Hing Group, while Professor Tse is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kam Kee Holdings Limited.
