The Second Peace Development Forum organised by the Cross-Strait Peaceful Development Federation was held on 11 June 2021 in a hybrid mode. Dr. Tan Siu Lin, SBS, Founder of the Federation and Chairman of the Tan Siu Lin Foundation, Honorary Permanent President of the HKBU Foundation, together with the Hon. Paul Chan, GBM, GBS, MH, JP, Financial Secretary of the HKSAR, and other honourable guests officiated at the Forum. The theme of this year’s Forum is  “Outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan and Development Opportunities for Hong Kong and Taiwan”. A number of well-known scholars from the Mainland, Taiwan and Hong Kong were invited to be keynote speakers.
