Dr. Wilfred Wong, GBS, JP, Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Governors of the HKBU Foundation, was appointed as Chairman of the Hong Kong Arts Development Council for a term of two years from 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2022. Dr. Wong is currently President and Executivce Director of Sands China Limited.
