The University hosted its 64th Founders’ Day Thanksgiving Service on 17 June 2020 with Dr. Eddie Ho, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hong Kong Baptist Hospital and Member of the Alumni Committee of the HKBU Foundation, as the guest speaker.

At the event, Professor Roland T. Chin, President and Vice-Chancellor, presented Long Service Awards to 223 staff in recognition of their dedicated service to the University over the years.

Organised by the Chaplain’s Office, the event was well attended by a number of HKBU Foundation members. They included Mr. Billy Hung; Professor Patrick Ko; Mr. Samuel Lau; Mr. Alex Leung; Mr. Tyrone Siu; Professor James Tsien; Mr. Sunny Wong; and Dr. Alex Yu.
