Professor William Leung Wing Cheung, SBS, JP, Member of the Board of Governors of the HKBU Foundation, was appointed by the HKSAR Government as Chairman of the Task Force for the Study on Tenancy Control of Subdivided Units for a term of 18 months with effect from 16 April 2020. Professor Leung is currently Chairman of the Legal Aid Services Council.
