The “HKBU．Tibet 5100 Golf Day 2019” was held with great success on 8 November 2019 at the Eden Course of The Hong Kong Golf Club in Fanling. It successfully raised HK$2,180,000 in support of the University’s initiatives as set out in its Institutional Strategic Plan 2018-2028. Presided by its Co-Chairman Dr. Ronald Lu, the third meeting of the Organising Committee was held on 20 January 2020 to evaluate the event and to plan for the next Golf Day. As an annual event, the HKBU Golf Day aims to raise funds for the HKBU Foundation in support of the University’s institutional advancement, and provide a valuable opportunity for staff, alumni and friends of HKBU to meet old friends and make new acquaintances whilst golfing in a delightful and relaxing setting.
