2 The HKBU Foundation will be celebrating its 15th anniversary in 2024. It was thanks to the vision of our founding fathers that this fundraising platform was established in 2009, set up with the goal of uniting the various sectors of society to support us and thereby securing the financial resources so crucial to advancing the University’s development. A host of significant changes have occurred in the past 14 years affecting a wide variety of the University’s operations driven by the HKBU Foundation, ranging from campus development, teaching and research, student internships and overseas exchange programmes to scholarships and bursaries. As a result, our students have gained enormously from the University’s all-round learningmission, have had their horizons broadened and have acquired the abilities as well as the virtues necessary for handling the challenges that lie ahead of them. In fact, the contributions delivered by the HKBU Foundation extend far beyond the University community.The numerous innovative research and novel projects 踏入 2024 年，香港浸會大學基金迎來 15 周年的重要里程。承蒙前人的高瞻遠矚， 於 2009 年建立這個團結各界的平台，透 過匯集各方的捐獻，凝聚力量，推進大學 各領域的發展。過去 14 年間，基金帶動 了重大的改變，從校園建設、教學研究、 學生實習、海外交流，以及提供獎助學金 等，全方位豐富學生的學習體驗，協助他 們擴闊視野，成為德才兼備、有能力應對 未來挑戰的新一代。香港浸會大學基金所 帶來的貢獻，受惠的不囿於大學社群，由  浸大推動的創新研究以及嶄新項目，不 單造福社會，更突破知識界限，影響深 遠。基金所創建的卓越成就，成果豐碩， Chairman’s Report 主席報告 The contributions delivered by the HKBU Foundation extend far beyond the University community. The numerous innovative research and novel projects launched by HKBU have not only benefited students but also extended the boundaries of knowledge for society as a whole. It is always encouraging to see that the Foundation’s hard work has led to many impactful, exceptional achievements. 香港浸會大學基金所帶來的貢獻，受惠的不囿於大學社群，由浸大推動的創新研究以及嶄新項目，不單造福社會， 更突破知識界限，影響深遠。基金所創建的卓越成就，成果豐碩，實在令人鼓舞。
