13 Impact of Giving 捐獻的力量 The Jockey Club SMART Family-Link Project, supported by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, leverages advanced information and communication technology in delivering effective family services. Promoting the importance of evidence-based research and practice, our social work team will help develop and evaluate innovative blended mode of services for the Integrated Family Service Centres, implement capacity-building training and develop an e-assessment tool and e-Resource Hub. We hope to co-create and share resources with the sector, the goal being to enhance frontline workers’ use of technology and delivery of professional services, and also to connect more effectively with users of family services so as to promote family well-being in Hong Kong. 由香港賽馬會慈善信託基金支持的「賽馬會智家樂計劃」，旨在運用先 進的資訊及通訊科技來提升家庭服務效能。為推動實證為本的研究及 實踐的重要性，浸大的社會工作團隊將協助綜合家庭服務中心發展創 新的混合服務模式，並提供人才培訓，及開發「電子評估工具」和「電 子資源庫」，與業界共創共享資源，提升前線同工應用科技及專業能 力，更有效地聯繫家庭服務使用者，以促進本港家庭和諧。 Through my internship experience at a local television news organisation this academic year, I have realised profoundly that the pursuit of truth is a lifelong mission of journalists. While the long and arduous road ahead could seem tiring sometimes, this scholarship has given me great encouragement and fueled my passion for Journalism. I am also grateful to the representatives of the China Review News Agency for sharing with me their experiences.
