HKBU Foundation Annual Report 2020-21

The HKBU Foundation Thanksgiving Reception was held to celebrate the Foundation’s 12th anniversary. Foundation Certificates were presented to members on the occasion. 香港浸會大學基金舉行感 恩 茶聚，與基金會員及大 學友好慶祝基金成立十二周年，並致送證書予基金  會員。 25.2 8.3 A generous donation was made by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust to enhance the elderly sponsorship scheme and video enquiry service offered by the HKBU – Jockey Club Chinese Medicine Disease Prevention and Health Management Centre. These programmes are expected to benefit about 18,000 elderly people. 香港賽馬會慈善信託基金慷慨捐資，襄助「香港浸會大學－賽馬 會中醫疾病預防與健康管理中心」加強長者保健資助及視像健康 諮詢的服務，預計惠及約 1.8 萬名長者。 11.3 A generous donation was made by Professor Emeritus Xiao Xiaosui of the School of Communication and Film of HKBU in support of the establishment of the “Xiao-Wu Scholarship” in honour of his beloved parents. 大學傳理與影視學院榮休教授肖小穗教授慷慨捐 資，以其父母的名義設立「肖－吳獎學金」。 Foundation Activities 基金活動 53
