16 Operating Hong Kong's First-ever ChineseMedicine Hospital 營運香港首間中醫醫院 In June 2021, HKBU was selected by the HKSAR Government as the contractor for the service deed of Hong Kong’s first-ever Chinese Medicine Hospital (CMH). The CMH will be located in Pak Shing Kok, Tseung Kwan O, and its construction is expected to complete in 2025 with service to commence in the second quarter of the year. Through pushing the boundaries of technology and digitalisation, HKBU will strive to take Chinese medicine education, research and services to new heights, and combine strengths and advantages from different areas so that the CMH will play a key role as the “flagship” and “change driver” of Chinese medicine. 2021 年 6 月，浸大獲政府挑選成為 香港首間中醫醫院的服務契約承辦機構 。中醫醫院選址於將軍澳百勝角，預計於 2025 年  落成，並於第二季開始投入服務。浸大將會全力以赴，透過推動中醫 科技化和數碼化，帶領中醫 在教育、研究和服務上 再創高峰，並結合多方面的力量及優勢，發揮中醫醫院作為 「中醫藥旗艦」 及 「轉化者」 的角色。 Location 選址 Contract period 營運年期 No. of beds 病床數目 Specialist areas 分科 Facilities 設施 Pak Shing Kok, Tseung Kwan O 將軍澳百勝角 10 years of hospital services which can be extended by 5 years; a 3.5-year commissioning period and a 6-year post-service period. 10 年的醫院服務年期，可視乎情況 延長不多於 5 年，另加開院前約 3 年 半的籌備工作及 6 年的服務後年期。 400 (250 in-patient, 90 for day service, 40 for paediatrics and 20 in the Clinical Trial and Research Centre) 400 （ 250 張住院病床、 90 張日間病床、 40 張兒科病床及 20 張設於臨床試驗及研究中心的病床） Six major specialised Chinese medicine services: internal medicine, external medicine, gynaecology, paediatrics, acupuncture and moxibustion, orthopaedics and traumatology; centres for special diseases will also be set up. 六大中醫分科服務：內科、外科、婦科、兒科、針灸、骨傷；並設立專病中心。 The nine-storey CMH will have 70 consultation rooms and 45 intervention rooms in the outpatient department. The estimated outpatient attendance is 310, 000 per annum. 中醫醫院樓高九層，門診部設有 70 間診症室及 45 間治療室；門診量約為每年 31 萬人次。 推動中醫藥數據化 Promote the digitalisation of Chinese medicine 在教育、研究和服務上精益求精 Strive for excellence in education, research and services 提升中醫藥業界的專業水平 Improve the professional level of the Chinese medicine industry
