60 HKBU held its 8th Dream of the Red Chamber Award Prize Presentation Ceremony cum Public Lecture. Malaysian Chinese novelist Mr. Chang Kuei Hsin was presented the first prize for his novel When the Wild Boars Cross the River . The event was sponsored by Mr. Zhang Da Peng, President of Y. Chin on his retirement.
