25 University’s Recent Developments 大學最新發展  The HKBU Health Declaration System, developed by the Office of Information Technology, received the IDC Digital Transformation Awards - DXa 2020 Special Award for Resiliency, one of the most prestigious IT awards in the industry. The System was selected from more than 1,200 high-quality entries from the Asia Pacific region. It is part of HKBU’s efforts to safeguard the University community during the COVID-19 pandemic. 由資訊科技處研發的「健康申報系統」在亞太地區 1,200 個優 秀參賽作品中脫穎而出，獲頒發 IDC 香港數位轉型大獎 2020 最佳韌性組織獎項，該大獎是資訊科技界其中一個最具威望 的獎項。浸大的健康申報系統是在新冠肺炎疫症下其中一項 保障大學社群健康的舉措。  Professor Christy Cheung Mei Kwan from the Department of Finance and Decision Sciences was conferred with the title of RGC Senior Research Fellow in the inaugural Research Grants Council Senior Research Fellow Scheme. She will receive a fellowship grant of around HK$7.8 million to conduct a research project on cyber-mobbing on social media. Professor Cheung also received the Reviewer of the Year Award 2020 from the Journal of the Association for Information Systems . 財務及決策學系張美君教授獲「研資局高級研究學者計劃」 授予「研資局高級研究學者」名銜，她將獲發港幣 780 萬元  研究經費，探討社交媒體上的網絡欺凌行為。此外，張教授 也獲知名學術期刊《 Journal of the Association for Information Systems 》選為 2020 年度評審員。  Dr. Chen Fong Fong, Lecturer from the Department of History, received the 2020 MacLean Fellowship. The fully- sponsored research fellowship will enable her to conduct research on maps of Shanghai and Hong Kong, along with other regional maps, at the MacLean Collection Map Library in Chicago, USA, which consists of more than 35,000 maps. 歷史系講師陳芳芳博士獲得研究獎助，將以訪問員身份前 往藏有逾 35,000 幅地圖的美國芝加哥麥克林藏品地圖館，  研究上海、香港及其他區域性地圖。  Two scholars and an MPhil student from the School of Communication scooped three top awards at the 70th Annual International Communication Association Conference. Dr. Celine Song, Associate Professor of the Department of Journalism, won the Top Faculty Paper award in the Mass Communication Division. Dr. Eva Zhao, Assistant Professor of the Department of Communication Studies, received the Top Faculty Paper Award in the Public Relations Division. MPhil student Volun Chen won the Top Student Paper award in the Organisational Communication Division. 傳理學院兩名學者和一名哲學碩士生於「國際傳播學會第 70 屆周年會議」分別奪得三個最佳論文獎。新聞系副教授宋韵 雅博士獲頒大眾傳播組別最佳論文獎；傳播系助理教授趙 心硯博士在公共關係組別獲頒最佳論文獎；哲學碩士生陳 昊陽則在組織傳播組別中奪得最佳學生論文獎。
