Impact of Giving 捐獻的力量 12 I am indeed privileged to have the opportunity to study at HKBU. Every day is fruitful and meaningful to me. I am deeply grateful to be the recipient of the Mr. & Mrs. Lau Chor Tak Scholarship Scheme for Outstanding Mainland Students, which holds me accountable for what I should do in life. With this Scholarship, I am able to fulfil part of my bucket list. In the future, I hope I can keep striving for excellence. 十分感恩能有機會在浸大學習，在這裡每一天都 是豐盛和有意義的。有幸成為「劉佐德伉儷優秀 內地學生獎學金計劃」其中一位得獎者，我時刻 鞭策自己要盡應有的責任。這筆獎學金讓我達成 了部分人生目標。展望將來，我希望能繼續追求 卓越。 Thanks to the generous support of The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, the Department of Marketing has launched the three-year “Jockey Club Responsible Consumption Programme”, which raises the public awareness of responsible consumption, particularly among the youth, through a secondary school marketing contest, a public education TV programme series and a research project. This programme gives our next generation a deeper understanding of sustainability issues and encourages behavioural change in order to create a better future. 感謝香港賽馬會慈善信託基金慷慨贊助，市場學系得以推 行為期三年的「賽馬會責任消『廢』計劃」，透過舉辦全港 中學生市場推廣大賽、拍攝公眾教育電視節目，以及進行 相關研究，提升青少年與一般市民大眾對負責任消費的認 識。計劃令我們的下一代更深入了解可持續發展議題，並鼓 勵他們改變消費習慣，為將來建立更美好的環境。 Dr. Henry K.Y.
