Chairman’s Report 主席報告 3 Last year, we also received substantial donations from Foundation members and donors of the University designated for an array of innovative initiatives, benefiting not only our researchers and students but also the community at large. For example: • The Cheung On Tak Charity Foundation made a donation designated for the establishment of an endowed chair of Chinese Medicine; • Chi Tao Charitable Foundation Limited made a donation in support of a research project entitled the “Redevelopment platform of marketed herbal formula drugs based on big data analysis”, conducted by the School of Chinese Medicine; • The Kwok Chung Bo Fun Charitable Fund made generous donations in support of a number of initiatives, including the“Chinese Language Support and Research Programme for Non-Chinese Speaking Students in Hong Kong”, the “Community of Christian Leaders Scholarship Fund”, and the enhancement of campus facilities; • The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust made a donation to support the “The Jockey Club Flipped Classroom Project” conducted by the Centre for Holistic Teaching and Learning; 大學亦蒙不少基金成員及大學友好鼎力支 持，過去一年以捐款協助大學於特定範疇追 求創新，更臻卓越，惠澤師生和社會大眾： • 張安德慈善基金慷慨捐資襄助大學設立中 醫藥冠名講座教授席，推動中醫藥發展； • 智韜慈善基金有限公司慷慨捐資支持中醫 藥學院的「基於大數據的複方中藥二次開發 系統研究」項目； • 郭鍾寶芬慈善基金慷慨捐資多個項目，包 括「香港非華語學生中文學與教支援及研 究計劃」、培訓基督徒領袖、改善校園設 施等； • 賽馬會慈善信託基金支持全人教育教與  學中心推行「賽馬會『翻轉教學』先導計 劃」，以推動學生自主學習；
